Contract
A contract is a binding or legal agreement that in the context of primary care delivery, may outline the terms and conditions between health authorities and:
- Individual providers, for example:
- An individual's employment, e.g. role and responsibilities
- Method(s) of remuneration
- Individual primary care models such as family practice groups or teams, for example:
- Lease arrangements for practice facility
- Terms of payment for the acquisition of capital equipment
- Provision of support staff
